Each Tesla is manufactured with aluminum or hybrid aluminum-steel body. Aluminum requires extensive training and dedicated equipment to repair properly and live up to Tesla standards.

In addition, Tesla has its own strict safety standards for training in aluminum welding and rivet bonding.

Carson has been working in the auto body industry for almost two decades, with experience ranging from collision repair to restoring high end vintage cars, and working solely on Tesla vehicles since 2016. He has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about providing quality work. He is a current Tesla owner and enthusiast. Outside of work, he enjoys weekends spent at the lake, and riding motorcycles.
